PETERSHAM SEMI
The owners of this neat 3 bedroom semi in Petersham approached us with a simple and common brief - fix the badly planned rear addition. Working within the existing footprint the scheme remodeled a 1.6m wide rear roof to sweep high to the north providing volume in the space and maximising natural light and winter sun. The realistic budget focused on the rear of the dwelling and we were able to reconfigure the 36m2 area to contain new kitchen, dining, family bathroom, laundry and powder room. The rear works flow continuously to the rear garden adding another functional space to the dwelling. On Gadigal Land.
