BALMAIN EAST HOUSE

This existing 3 bedroom dwelling is indicative of the early 90’s design and construction style. Working closely with the clients we designed, primarily an interior fitout, that modified the floorplan to improve layout, increase natural light and maximise views. The scope also included a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry, addition of an ensuite and extensive joinery throughout.
