PHILLIP HOUSE

We joined this project mid-construction to assist the client and builder in refining the interior design and detailing. With the development application and construction certificate already prepared and approved by others, our focus was on delivering a comprehensive documentation package covering the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, mudroom, bar, joinery, wardrobes, and interior finishes—all within the parameters of the approved building envelope. Throughout the remainder of the build, we remained actively involved to resolve interior details and ensure a smooth, collaborative process with the builder and client.
