PETERSHAM PALACE
This project reimagines a modest terrace dwelling on a compact 150sqm site within a heritage conservation area, carefully tailored to accommodate a growing family of four. Working within the constraints of the existing fabric and planning controls, the design introduces generous natural light and improved cross-ventilation while strengthening the home’s connection to the rear garden.
Through strategic spatial reconfiguration and considered detailing, the house now feels open, adaptable, and deeply connected to its outdoor setting. The outcome is a thoughtful transformation that reflects a close and collaborative partnership between client, builder, and architect.
